Terms of Service

These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Beautivio (beautivio.com and our mobile apps) operated by Subharambh Fashion & Beauty Skills Development Foundation. By accessing or using Beautivio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account, book services, or list a business on Beautivio.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information.
• You may not impersonate another person or business.
• One account per individual / business. Multiple accounts may be merged or suspended.

3. Customers — Bookings

• Beautivio is a marketplace connecting customers with independent beauty partners.
• Bookings, services and payments are between you and the Beauty Partner. Beautivio is not party to the service contract.
• Cancellations & refunds are governed by each Partner’s policy and our Cancellation Policy.
• Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Fake reviews may be removed and accounts suspended.

4. Beauty Partners — Listings

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and hygiene-compliant.
• You authorise Beautivio to display your information publicly to attract customers.
• You must hold required licenses (GST, hygiene certifications, etc.) for the services offered.
• Premium / Pro membership benefits are activated after admin verification.
• Beautivio reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

5. Fees & payments

Customer use is free. Business listings on Free plan are free. Pro / Premium plans require subscription as published at /pricing. Payments are processed via authorised providers; we do not store card / UPI credentials.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reviews, posts) but grant Beautivio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and promote it on the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited conduct

• No spam, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission.
• No fake reviews, vote manipulation, or rating fraud.
• No impersonation or misleading business information.
• No promotion of competing marketplaces from your Beautivio listing.

8. Intellectual property

The Beautivio name, logo, gradient brand mark, content templates and platform code are owned by Subharambh Fashion & Beauty Skills Development Foundation. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that beauty services booked through Beautivio will meet your expectations. We are not liable for the conduct, quality or safety of any Partner or Customer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautivio’s aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the fees paid by you in the last 6 months, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account from /account/profile at any time.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
