Beautivio strives to make beauty experiences delightful. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for two types of transactions: Service Bookings and Membership Plans.
Each Beauty Partner sets their own cancellation policy. Common policies are:
The exact policy is shown on the Partner’s profile page before booking. Refunds (if applicable) are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or as Beautivio Points instantly.
If a Beauty Partner cancels your booking, you receive a 100% refund or full credit.
Pro and Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from Business Hub → Membership.
If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@beautivio.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
