Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: June 1, 2025

Beautivio strives to make beauty experiences delightful. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for two types of transactions: Service Bookings and Membership Plans.

A. Service bookings (Customers)

Each Beauty Partner sets their own cancellation policy. Common policies are:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment.
  • 50% charge if cancelled within 12–24 hours.
  • No refund for cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows.

The exact policy is shown on the Partner’s profile page before booking. Refunds (if applicable) are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or as Beautivio Points instantly.

If a Beauty Partner cancels your booking, you receive a 100% refund or full credit.

B. Membership plans (Beauty Partners)

Pro and Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from Business Hub → Membership.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You continue to enjoy the plan benefits until then.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided no premium features have been used.

C. How to request a refund

  1. Go to /contact or email support@beautivio.com
  2. Mention your Booking ID or Membership Order ID.
  3. Describe the reason for refund.
  4. Our team reviews within 48 hours and processes valid refunds within 5–7 business days.

D. Non-refundable items

  • Completed appointments with positive feedback.
  • No-shows.
  • Verification fees (one-time).
  • Sponsored / promoted placement fees after campaign goes live.

E. Disputes

If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@beautivio.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
